obliverate your body with deep heavy squats........................then you wont workout again for a wile.
I thought about just doing targeting main muscle groups mostly tommorrow. Do squats, bench, power clean.
Ok same here i tore my bicep so im goign to go back slowly before i tore it i was ding 5 reps Really heavy so when i get back im goign to do 20 reps for 2 weeks then 10-15 reps for a week then heavy again this also gives my tendonitis in my arms a chance to heal. Eg. i do one body part a week so for every body oart i will be hitting it light weight fr 20 reps
Mon-Chest
Tues-back
Wed-shoulders
Thurs-Legs
Fri-Arms
This gives 2.5+ days of rest for each secondary muscle group and 1 week for major muscle groups
5 days straight? I don't like it. shouldes will be broken down from chest and back, then you train them. One day in btwn back and legs..good luck.Originally Posted by Mighty-Midget
