Sometimes its hard for me to make myself goto the gym on leg day. On any other day I cant wait! I love training bicep though, im surprised as well.

I despise leg days and often find myself trying to get an excuse to skip it. Probably why I am still rolling on training wheels.

I love training my weakest/smallest body part. Striving for symmetry!

Legs. They used to be my favorite bodypart because I loved the challenge and the single-mindedness it took to surmount the pain and the oxygen debt but now with my injured knees, I have to train in a highly modified way and I'm limited to smith machine squats, leg presses and leg extensions and curls.
There's also a fear now of further injury. I can't go as heavy and I especially miss that. It's ashame because legs are my best bodypart but my knees just couldn't take it. I'm to blame because I went too heavy too often when I was younger. Also, I didn't warm up and stretch as much as I should have. One really has to take care with their knees and I was told so by my mentors but I didn't listen. I was just so turned on with that feeling of heavy stress on those bad boys and I refused to train smart. Foolish youth!

I love biceps man, can't get enoguht of that! Every time I need to STOP myself because I could end up overtraining, which happened many times before.
Abs, I just hate... if I work them out too hard, they hurt and mess up rest of my routine so I wont bother untill I start cutting.

Definitely hamstrings, because alot of the movements seem unorthodox to me, such as walking lunges or stiff legged deadlifts

Why so many arms? Love it, especially if I do bis and tris same day ... every set is more of a pump!!! For me it's shoulders.

Yep...arms are boring. I just feel like a puzz when Im training arms. Back/legs I feel like I'm actually accomplishing something..im totally spend afterwards. Arms I just feel kinna useless like "Look at me im doing curls...hardcore"
