    Which 3 day split do you recommend?

    Which of these splits would you recommend:
    1.
    Mon: Chest/Back
    Tue: Off
    Wed: Legs/Shoulders
    Thur: Off
    Fri: Arms
    Sat: Off
    Sun: Off

    2. (DaveDraper.com advanced workout)
    Mon: Chest/Back
    Tue: Off
    Wed: Shoulders/Bis/Tris
    Thur: Off
    Fri: Legs
    Sat: Off
    Sun: Off

    3.
    Mon: Chest/Tris
    Tue: Off
    Wed: Back/Bis
    Thur: Off
    Fri: Legs/Shoulders
    Sat: Off
    Sun: Off

    Thanks for the feedback. For what reason do you suggest #4 as opposed to the other splits?

    I would pick this out of the three but I think legs need their own day, JMO.

    I currently do:
    chest/tri's
    legs/bi's
    off
    back/lats
    shoulders
    off
    off
