3 sets of preacher curls 6-8 reps

3 sets of hammer curls 6-8 reps

and jus not to repeat them i do sometimes incline Db curls too

and i train them once a week

stop working your biceps, and do your legs, and back, especially your back
concentrate on the large muscle groups.. then once you have them growing you can begin to do the small groups..

heavy weights in a controlled movement..

lots of protein, and lots of rest..

but you are probably over training and not getting enough food to make them grow..

    good luck..

I do back and legs too and gain mass on them in no time...and so with my chest which make my arms look small too...my legs especially grow too fast..

    genetics is an issue,

so if everything is in check

    you eat enough
your back and legs grow, and your arms are still small (don't see how if you are doing strong back)

try static training, will increase strength alot..

then switch to drop sets after 4 weeks of statics..

    just a thought..

Could be that your exercises aren;t concentraded enough. I know that after a day of biceps, if if don;t feel a burn, I get pissed. This pushes me to really concentrate on that muscle when I;m workin it out.
Ask a trainer at your gym to take a quik look at you when training your biceps.
    good luck
