Split?
mon: back/bis
tues: chest/shoulders/tris
wed: legs
thurs. back/bis
fri: chest/shoulders
Everyday I do cardio... More then likely 30 mins on a treadmill/ bike. Afterwards, I'll probably play some basketball. Also, everyday I do abs. I wonder, if doing abs every day is a good idea. How do you like my sets?

Also, with the workouts I normally do 8 lifts with plenty of rest between them. On Friday I would try to do four lifts that hit the chest and four for the shoulders. Is that advised?

List # of exercises/muscle group, sets, and reps.
abs everyday? Abs are still a muscle, they need time to recover just like everything else does.
