    shoulder pumps doing biceps

    hello all!got a question.do any of u experience aching shoulder pumps doing bi's?i warmed up today doind db curls and got an aching pump in my shoulders.as i moved through my bi workout it progressively got worse.i kicked my cycle with m1t and the lower back pumps were insane but that was 5 weeks ago.i'm currently running 500 mg of test enth.wondering what could be causing it?thank you!!

    If you have bicep tendonitis it may be felt in the shoulder. The biceps tendon passes through the shoulder joint this may be the cause of your pain

    it's more of like a good pump,the kind of pump i get on shoulder day,not excruciating pain just really pumped.kinda sux cuzz it is interfering with my bi workout,when i do preacher curls it is less evident

    your form may be off a little. Make sure your upper arms are perpendicular to the floor when curling.
