Actually, I definetly believe he's right. Over the past 2 yrs, I've used pullovers in my training. Being a "hard gainer" it's tough to gain size. Yet, my upper torso has grown even though it doesn't look much bigger. And I feel it's because the pullovers are helping to expand my rib cage.

Pullovers work, for me anyway.
Umm, well, pullovers are great for devoloping the serratus and pectoralis minor muscles, thus completing the look of a well developed chest. You could say it brings out the "tie-ins" of the lower chest. However, many scientists believe that it is impossible to expand the ribcage with an exercise because it is not a muscle.
this is a dumb Q, but what is a pullover?
arnold is totaly right i am an ectomorph and u know the ectmorph ribcage is shit i tried the pullover for 6 month and it worked well and i began to gain muscle in my upper chest
Do you do this on chest day or back day. I love these and it works and it feels like it rips the whole ab area. But I sometimes I do it on back day?????
I do them on back day. They have widen my lats, they work great
Aren't pullovers the exercise where you take a DB and put the top of your shoulders on the bench. While you squat on the floor. I may be explaing it wrong. If anyone knows what I mean please reinterpert this.
Yea when you lay your back to the bench and pull the DB over your head.

Bump...Anyone else had good results?
the french curler is right .Eventhough it has some benefits though i have also read that it was bad for the rotator cuff .I have bad shoulders so dont do them . I will never sacrifice effectiveness for the risk of injury
