opinions on POWERTEC equipment please >>>

I am thinking of getting some POWERTEC stuff to replace my old equipement.
Here is what I am thinking:

Power Rack (basic without lat attachment so i can get the bench in deeper)
    Lat Machine - model P-LM
    Utility Bench - model P-UB

The main thing I am concerned about is their plate loaded pull down machine. It uses rubber bushings & runs on 2 rails....I currently have an old Northern Lights lat machine that runs tube on tube and does not have a smooth feel anymore. So I will be selling that and maybe my Northern Olympic bench w/ preacher & leg ext/curl. (My Northern stuff is the OLD black hammertone..not the crappy white shit they pedal now). i would like a selectorized lat machine but the only reasonably priced unit i can find is YUKON...and i think there stuff is kinda flimsy.

May also buy some Body Solid stuff...like a preacher bench....I will be keeping my Nautillas Linear Smith and bench (this smith has a pulldown & pecdec that i dont have hooked up as it has no leg holddowns and it stops you from pushing the bench in deep enough)......

    any opinions??

the problem is i am in canada...and shipping or even picking this stuff up in the USA is expensive...plus duty...............the Powertec is $599 retail Canadian at most places..i can get it for $480 CDN from a place that deals direct with the manufacturer (does not go through powertec in the USA..then to canada)....he used to deal with NYB (TDS)....and had problems with them.....everythign else up here is Northern Lights junk...Body Solid, Lamar, Hoist etc.

that link to the cage...includes the lat pulldown/low row attachment...which i am not getting....here is just the rack..but CDN $$
