what is your work-out like now... and what type of weight are u using.. BB or strength... more info needed i thik to get you good help on this one

training chest and back together is a really bad idea from a training standpoint.
I know that most say dont train the two together but when I split them like Bis and back and chest and tris it just does not seem to mesh for me.
Also I am training for mostly size. I train everything twice exept arms only once. Do you think I would see better 'size' gains if I did chest and tris and back and bis?

I train them seperate. If you want size. Train your legs to stimulate GH production and growth. If the trunk grows, the branches will follow!Originally Posted by reddragon4954
