    Legs ????

I am into my second week of my cycle, i have been holding back on legs as far as lifting goes because i have been doin 40-60 min of cardio everyday. is it a bad idea to not lift legs like every otherbody part? Is it true when they say your upperbody wont grow if your legs dont grow? Also will all the cardio help grow muscle in the legs?

when i cardio a lot , yes my legs does grow and get stronger, so it dont take as much to work them out, lets say i blister my legs on the stair climber then it dont take much to hit my quads and glutes

    exactly!
Cardio will tone your legs and shed fat...not a muscle builder like squats, leg press etc.

Trust me you'll burn more calories doing legs properly one day a week than 2-3days worth of cardio, also your body will actually metabolize calories while repairing the CNS/muscle tissue after an extremely heavy leg workout.

If you want to stay lean watch what you eat more than worrying about how much cardio you do.. I haven't touched cardio in over 4months and I'm still around 10%.

Now go do legs ya pussy! LMAO

In 5 weeks time i have seen some good progresss/gain from leg press and squatting, then week 6 and 7 and up untill now my knees began to feel a little loose.
how do i know i have the knee to squat or not especially without knee-band strap??

My legs are bad!! I have had serveral surgeries on my feet and my legs are weak. My big question is how can I increase my leg endurance the most?

Is bicycling/running a good option or maybee more light reps and more sets?

They can't handle more than 4 good sets and I really want to resolve this issue.

I believe I genetically have bad knees, not to mention I think my right leg is a little "off" on the alignment... I still did squats, for awhile. Then I started getting sore in one leg over the other, both were sore, just one was more... Now I think I'm going to move to the Hack Squats maybe that'll help a lil.. ionno... I just don't wanna give up squats, but I want my legs to have an even workout =(
