    What is the right number of chest exercises to be effective without overtraining on a cycle

    I do 4 sets of flat BB bench and 4 sets of a slight incling with DB's once a week on Monday, and on Friday I do a lower volume and higher rep workout so usually just 3-4 sets of some high rep stuff.

    i dont do them...i just do dips right after chest

    Why would you think it'd be more than the number you can do without overtraining while clean?
