What is the right number of chest exercises to be effective without overtraining on a cycle
I do 4 sets of flat BB bench and 4 sets of a slight incling with DB's once a week on Monday, and on Friday I do a lower volume and higher rep workout so usually just 3-4 sets of some high rep stuff.
how important are declines?
