Wide grip pull up and pull downs for back. I keep everything wide on back, with the occasional close grip row. Seems to have worked out well for back thickness, but I myself am looking for advice on chest development as well.

Yes. One of my favorite exercises. And wide pull-ups. I also read the dips help with widening chest but am not sure. I just love doing them.Originally Posted by audis4
