I need a WIDE back and a WIDE CHEST!!!
what do you guys recommend, im not a rookie or anything, Im already kinda wide, but I MUST GET WIDER! what excercises and what rep range........
oh and im im off my cycle officaly next week, should the rep range change?

Wide grip pull up and pull downs for back. I keep everything wide on back, with the occasional close grip row. Seems to have worked out well for back thickness, but I myself am looking for advice on chest development as well.
