    flabby chest

    as a result of weight loss im left with flabby chest anyone know any good chest ex to help etc...

    do you mean you have loose skin? If so you might try a vitaman E cream applied daily, I have used palmers cocoa butter stretch marks formula with success. Heavy compound chest excercises will in time make chest muscles grow which will help tighten the loose skin.

    If you mean your chest is fat then you need to go to the diet forum.

    nah loose skin i have tried vitamin e cream but not continuously ... i will try it regularly... also i have posted my diet on the diet forum beast if you wanna look at it ..ta beast
