hey all ive been trying to bulk the past 2-3 months or so and will continue to do so until april. Ive gained about 10 lbs and hopefully get 5 -10 more when april comes around. My question is what do i do different in my workouts and my diet and also will i lose weight or will i just stop gaining weight. My stats right now are 5'11 190-195 lbs. if anyone was wondering.
