new split.. can sumone critique plz!!
monday-
chest(4exercises), tri's(2exercises)- (6 in total)
tuesday
back(4exercises)- (4in total)
wednesday
rest
thursday
shoulders(4exercises), tri's(2 exercises)- (6 in total)
friday
legs(6 exercises)-(6 in total)
saturday
bi's(4 exercises)- (4intotal)
i will be doing 4 sets per exercise and by doing this split i wont do more than 6exercises a day..and reason i didnt put bi's and tri's on same day is i think it would be too much for 1 day. as in doing 4 exercises of bi's and then 4 of tri's... what you guys think of it??

This is a decent routine YOu got there.
Got a question though...
Why not workout biceps on the same day as Your back ? Because when You are doing a nice back workout, Your biceps will get involved enough to get a very good warmup so after Youre done with Your back, Youre bis are ready to go!
Also, I would suggest an extra day OFF after Your back workout day.
Other than that it looks very good to me.
What kind of back exercises are You doing ?
