is drop set is good for building mass, becuse after i do 4xsets of 8xreps to fauilre if i do drop set the last set is like i did 16 reps and that is not for hypertropy and strngh

Well it's about keeping the stress/shock on the muslce for longer period of time, thats why You slow down your rep tempo, with drop sets it's the same idea of getting the muscle shocked for longer. Drop sets are very intense. It for sure DOES work. IMO.
