    Chest???

    Ok i have 2 questions.....

    #1 for strength training chest should i use the hammer strength cause i found that to work really well...



    #2 for getting that cut in my chest is free weight dumbells the best??

    Yes, you can use the Hammer Strength and you can also use dumbbells or barbell, it doesn't matter. You wanna stick in between 4-6 rep range for strength.

    Free weights dumbbell may do the job in getting you cut if you stick between 15-20 reps, but I dunno 'bout the best exercise for it.

    For strength I would use free weights, for cuts its all diet.

    hammerstrenghs main advantage is that it drastically decreases the chance of injury, but still not 100%. The big advantage to free weights is that you use accessory muscles to stabilize and is a little more functional. A health mix of both is probably the best idea
