    need some suggestions??

    I'm feeling sick if I don't hit the gym while in the middle of the cycle, is that a bad sign? FYI I'm in the middle of 12wk cycle of testE and dbol

    According to Research study in order for mucscle to grow, it must also be allowed some time to rest, right fellows?

    But being on gear, it is hard to take a break, recently I found myself workingout daily. I keep promising myself that I will take a day off tomorro but I never did and I find myself heading to the gym daily in addition to workingout at home.

    Any thoughts how one can break from this pertubed workout addiction if the need to make successful muscle gain and defination is the target goal.

    See chief, problems like this should be knocked out before the cycle. You cannot workout daily man. Well, better fix up Your workout split ASAP.

    Yes, man, I understand I'm becoming a workoutholic if u will, and that's why I'm seeking suggestion to empower my mindset to breakout from overtraining.

    Any extended suggestion/advise will be highly welcome.

    Ok, here it is a great workout split!

    Day1: Chest/Tricpes
    Day2: Back/Biceps
    Day3: OFF
    Day4: OFF
    Day5: Shoulders
    Day6: Legs
    Day7: OFF

    Every workout must be HEAVY and INTENSE! Make sure You will feel like You need these two days off after Your Back/Biceps day. If Your perfectly fine after Day2.. means You don't workout hard enough. Also keep in mind, when You overtrain, You wont grow, so You will be wasting all this time and money for nothing... You better stop overtraining!
    That should be enough!

    my problem is not how to plan out a workout schedule but rather how to break off on the gear in me. To make matters worst, since Im taking creatine daily for the past three months in a row, I think it has gotten into my system to a point I gotta hit up to the gym or otherwise I will feel sick, bored, depressed and even lazy. But working out reverse all these feelings I just mention which I'm afraid may hampered my target.

    Have some will power. Can keep to a diet or do you eat everything you see? If you can this should be no different.

    Have some will power? I like that but can you philosophize on that concept not only in theory but how to put it in action. BTW my diet is 3000 to 4500 calories day on average.

    while on juice cant you keep a more rigorous training regimen then when off cycle?? isnt that one of the advantages of juice?
    do u feel like your making gains? are you burned out? if i was on the sauce and i felt great every day i would try to get the most out of my cycle and beast it up whenever i could.

    while that's true, a lot of studies suggest overtraining can slow muscle growth that's why I'm trying to ensure I get my training apportionate to my cycle if u will.

    I think have gained more strenghth so far than size.

    No I'm not physically or mentally drained yet, and I don't even expect to. Thanks for asking though.
