According to Research study in order for mucscle to grow, it must also be allowed some time to rest, right fellows?
But being on gear, it is hard to take a break, recently I found myself workingout daily. I keep promising myself that I will take a day off tomorro but I never did and I find myself heading to the gym daily in addition to workingout at home.
Any thoughts how one can break from this pertubed workout addiction if the need to make successful muscle gain and defination is the target goal.
