on led day...i normally do quads / hams / calves in that order...thing is..by the time i get to calves im exhausted..i do very intense short / heavy work outs. so i was wondering if its ok to split it ..say do quads / hams in the morning .,,,,and do calves later on during the day ( few hours after) or would this cause too much overall cortisol to be produced? any th0ughts? suggestions? im open for anything really.
