    New split perhaps?

I was thinking to maybe switching over to a new workout split, just to see how it would work for me.

    Day1-Chest
    Day2-Triceps
    Day3-Back
    Day4-Biceps
    Day5-Shoulders
    Day6-OFF
    Day7-Legs

I think if I can really focus and use all my energy on only one muscle group per day, than I can really have some very good and intense workouts for each muscle group.
When doing two muscle groups per day ex. Back/Biceps.. I am using so much energy for my back exercises and I don't believe that I can do as efficient workouts for my biceps as I could having all that energy availble just for my biceps. Makes sense doesn't it ?
What do You think fellas ?

I say give it a try and see what it does. Trial and error sometimes the only way. You look like a bigboy and you'll know if you are overtraining.
