15 to 17pct body fat
Lifting on and off for 15yrs
This time around 2 months in
Not going to heavy yet
4 sets of flat
4 sets of incline
3 sets of dumbell flat
3 sets of dumbell incline
assortment of tricep excercises
Hurt my shoulder bout 2 weeks ago, been babying it ever since

You don't need DB and BB. Arch your back pull shoulder blades together a little and don't have arms at 90 deg. This should help.
I hurt my left shoulder before too. What I did, I dropped a little weight off my bench and before every set I would take 15lb dumbbells and do front raises with them. That helped a lot!
