tricep help
I have been working out my triceps for over three months now and I have developed the muslce on the outside of my arm very good, but I am having trouble gettin the muscle on the back of my arm to show and get the V shape look b/w the two muscles. So i was wondering what would be the best exercises to do to develope the muscle on the backside of my arm to get the V shape look. And info will help. Thanks.

Try the most basic and effective move: it has many names, but you can call it an Ez-Bar Tricep Extension, a French Curl, or a Skullcrusher. If you have been doing this move for a long time, try changing the amount of reps. If you have been doing moderate reps for a long time, you might find that your triceps respond better to lower reps. I like to keep my reps in the 5-7 range.
