i need a lil info on A.M. cardio
last time i was here, the theory goes like this
fast for 8-12 hours, do cardio for 30 min, at 75% MHR, and dont eat anything 30 minute after cardio
am i still on the right tracks, are there any updates????
how many times a week do i cardio
is doing cardio ED, or 7 times a week too much?? overcardio???
is jogging to fast for 75% mhr
