    routine

    ive been doing this routine since ive ever started working out but i just wanted some opinions on it...
    Mon-Chest, Tri's
    Tues-Legs
    Wed-Shoulders
    Thurs-Back, Bi's
    Fri-Chest, Tri's
    Sat-off
    Sun-Shoulders, Bi's
    now should i drop the sunday workout or just drop the bi workout on sunday?

    Dude, drop all of it.

    Your not resting at all.

    MON: Chest, Bi
    Tues: Quad, Calves
    Wens: OFF Including Cardio
    Thus: Shoulders, Tri
    Fri: OFF, or light cardio
    Sat: Back, Hams, Calves
    Sun: Cardio or OFF.

    Dont be a Bench press bitch like 95% of other gym goers.
    With the right amount of intensity once a week should suffice, even for non natty lifters.

    Your know you grow outside the gym so give your body a break.

    I do 2 "on" training days, one day "off". No set routine. Try to keep the body guessing and try to work every muscle group every 7 days.

    Yep, I'm 2 or 3 and one off as well, I listen to my body. Sometimes my legs or back need 8-9 days...
