hey mates....well heres the thing...im in the middle of a set of db press and the first 5 or so im pumping the weight out pretty easily and by the looks of it i can increase in weight and what not but by the time the 6th -7th rep comes along i can barely get it up...now i know that will happen but its supposed to happen gradually throughout the set, and not jsut happen the rep after 5 easy reps....am i doing something wrong? or is it jsut my muscular endurance lacking.
p.s. this usually only happens during pressing exercises. ie. shoulder press incline,flat press all with dumbbells.
