    my routine

    mon-bi,triceps,forearms
    tues-rest
    wed-legs,abs
    thurs-chest,shoulders
    fri-rest
    sat-back,forearms,little bit of abs
    sun-rest

    this is my workout routine does this seem like a good one or is there something i should do different i have been doing this for awhile seems like it works ok just looking for some opinions

    depending on how your body is, and age, you might want to move some things around just a little...

    your saturday u do back and forearms... then bi's and forearms on monday.. most back workouts use bi's and forearms alot anyways.. having those two so close might make your bi's lose alot on the quality of the workout you get on monday.. but then again maybe not..


    shoulders and chest together... depending on how you do it you might burn yourself out, chest workouts use shoulders alot, and so u might be putting either alot of stress on those shoulders OR not getting a full deep chest workout because your shoulders are tired

    but like i said it all depends on your body, age, goals, and how you workout
