    biceps and triceps

    i have always heard the best way to get your arms to grow is to do biceps and triceps together is this true and also is supersetting better for building mass than focusing on one muscle at a time

    Well, I dunno 'bout the best way, but it's definitely one of the ways by givin' arms its own day.

    legs
    off
    chest/tri
    off
    off

    6 weeks then heavy weights, low reps for 2 weeks, then i do the afore mentioned routine but with different importance each week..

    I don't agree with doing chest and tri's the same day, u do chest and ur alot weaker when i comes to Tri's.

    and yet people accuse me of having implants in my tri and calfs..

    genetics.. go figure..

    you asked about building muscle, not strength... so i gave ya what works for me..

    seriously just try everything under the sun for a good amount of time and you will see what really gets your body to grow. I found the front barbell laterals in high volume just BLEW up my traps where low volume heavy side dumbell raises really didn't do that much.

    I'm still on my journey to find out what gets my tri's going, they lack
