LOL My diet is crap. I'm a fireman and ya know how they eat. When I am off I am pretty good eating Chicken breasts and turkey. I workout about 4 days a week. When I run it's for about an 45-1hr
Diet is definately the key to good abs. Check the diet forum and get a good diet setup.
