i always do dynamic tension and flex through the day.my thoery is that anytime you can flush body into the muscles you are transporting the nutrients in your system to that part of the body.dynamic tension works well for density IMO when you are very lean.

i always do my dynamic tension exercise during sex.might as well kill two birds w/ one load!hahahaha
There is also studies that suggest you can stretch too much between sets, making your workout strength suffer. My advice is stretch well after warm up, and very lightly between sets. Stretch again afterwards to minimize soreness.
