False, it may burn a little fat tissue that covers abdominal area but unless you do cardio and diet you wont loose a significant amount of fat.
Spot reducing is impossible. The only way to get rid of that fat is through cardio and a clean diet. Abdominal work strengthens the ab muscles so that when you cut off all the excess fat, they will look great!
finally! exactly FC, your muscles might get stronger, but until you remove the fat over the abs, it doesn't matter
well i am not trying to get of fat now coz i am bulking and i am on a deca/dbol cycle so it is hard to cut now maybe my 3rd cycle will be a cutting so i will work well on my abs
my abs are strong now but i have a little fat on them my abs look like a wrestle abs
