    Workout daily?

Hello.. while trying to figure out a healthy meal plan, I'm curious, does it affect you that much more if you skip one day of working out/weights rather than working out 7 days a week? I try to work out daily, mostly cardio, and this may be a silly question, but it will help me put together a better schedule if I know for sure.

    thank you for your input

I never workout 7 days a week. Its counter-productive to muscle growth.

    I usually do 4-5 days

i used to do 7 x a week. Like Roid said, counterproductive. Shoot for 5X a week. Give your body a couple of days to recover. You can even to a split during the week, e.g. 4 days on= 1 day off, so on and so forth. It's so damn hard to stay away from the gym. I've gotten better now....lifting heavy 5X a week...go in on Saturday's to do some light shit like forearms or light abs/obliques

I like to do 3 on 1 off and that has always worked well for me. The only reason I would go to the gym 7 days a week would be for cardio during cutting. Since it is low intensity, 65%-75% HR, I can easily do it everday without overtraining or affecting my workouts.

If you go workout everyday, you will become one of those people in the gym that never progresses.
