chest
hi, when i train my chest,i do flat bench (free weight) when i start then i tried to do incline barbell bench,but i coulnt really do it,and i was a lot weaker than what i lifted on flat bench why is this and i am shaking when i'm doing it. thanks

Well..probably just fatigue. If I go all out on my first exercise then obviously I wont have near the strength for the following.
Shaking usually is linked with weak stabalizer muscles i.e. your rotator cuff

try doing the harder excersise first "incline"
