Is this effecting my strength?
Can my lack of forearms be what effecting my strenght in Bench Press, Barbell Curls, and Lat Pulldowns? My bench in only 250 max, barbell curl 100 max, and lat pulldown 160 max. Can improving my forearm strength improve all my maxes or is it something else?
Thanks!

I can see lack of forearm strength hurting your lat pulldowns and possibly curls but not bench.

Are your forearms straining when you do these workouts? Just start to work them out and you will soon see.

everything has an affect on everything. yes forearms could help, but they wont solve all your problems
to increase your bench, work on triceps, shoulders, back,
to work on back, you need a strong chest, and strong legs to support yourself.
everything goes hand-in-hand, and proper strengthening of all muscles will help you drive thru any obstacle.

Just an FYI. I had wrist surgery and my wrist doesn't bend, so I can't do forearm exercises. I don't think my bench, curls, or pulldowns have been affected to a noticeable extent. I consistently make gains in all.

besides grip problems with pulldowns, the forearam have nothing to do with it. i done towrk out my forearms directly, never have, never will. my grip is good enough from deadlifting. besides grip, forearms shouldnt effect bench or pulldowns, or curls
