Is the bike good for cardio. I love to run but recently hurt my knee. it only hurts when I run. Can I get some advice on cardio. I dont like the eleiptical so would a bike work? Ive never been one to use the bike.

I have done all three and I definately think you need to put twice the time in on the bike.

Bike is fine but it seems like you have to work harder to get your HR up since your upper body isn't moving as well. I usually hike the level up and try to keep a steady pace at around 100rpms
