alright guys, i already searched and what not, been on this board for some time, so ive learned a lot. just was seeing some opinions on 2 routines ive been doing, seeing which is better for growth. im stuck at the same weight, and want to bulk for another month or so, around march start leaning for the summer. right now im at 10 percent, 185, 5'9.. which is me bulking. my weak parts that i want to work on are Chest, Shoulders, and Arms.

*diet is good, eating my ass off, really clean but a lot, for bulking. already searched that for the past 2 years.
