Great workout + bad diet = ?
So yeah, great workout + bad diet (100g protein a day with 216 BW) = ?

what is 216 BW?
Diet is the main factor. if it is bad then you could have the best workout in the world and not make good gains. Next time your in the gym look around at all the people you see there week in week out lifting there asses off. They never change shape do they, even though they put in the gym time. They have one thing in common - shit diet.

Yes, that's what I thought. See beast, I am just looking for an excuse for myself, why does it seem like I am not growing past 2 weeks. Well this is why, even though I lift my ass off, I ate only about 100 - 120g of protein a day. Which is not even close to be enogh for a muscle growth with me beeing at 216 with 15 BF.

aha i see. Well a planned diet is a must really. Just trying to eat well simply doesnt work. Put a diet together and stick to it. Dont be one of those guys who never change shape at the gym!

Very true.. get your diet in order. My wife eats a little more than 115g's of Protein and she's 110lbs.

Once you get into the habit of eating lots of high protein meals, all day long, it's not as hard as you thought it would be. The key is having lots of pre-made meals ready to go, so you're not stuck thinking about going for fast-food when you're overcome with hunger.
I'm not a diet guru, by any means, but even I know that if you're not taking in enough protein your muscles don't have anything to grow with.

Exactly, I have such great bulker all set-up... took me from 204 to 217 withing a month and a week of good lifting. Now..past three weeks, dead stop. I am at 216! Lifts are not going up too much either.
Damn lazy ass... 120g a day..ridiculous.. That's like a potatoe for BULL.
I have failed to keep it up
