    Time Off

I take 10-14 days off every 90 days or so, to let my tired old body completely recover? I don't do shit, except a little cardio. Works best right before starting a cycle. Do you guys take time off ?

I will occasionally take a week off, between different routines. I dont like to take more than that cause then I remember how much I like drinking beer and and being a lazy shit

I take a week off between my cutting and bulking routines. I find that anymore than that and I have a hard time with things such as stamina in my workouts. My body feels alot better after a week.
