    putting on weight

Hey all my diet is horrible because theres no food in the house at all but i try my best. I work out about 5 days a week and im slowly putting on weight maybe a pound or 2 every 2 weeks or so. Is this good weight even though my diet is poor?

Depends on your current weight and how long you have been training. Sounds fine to me tho.

I think that if you are taking the time to ask for help how to gain weight you should take the time to clean up you're diet and get food. If you are not a serious lifter then you can make up all the excuses you want....

Not really i slept very well actually. Your complaining because you dont have proper food in your house. I gave you a solution. No one is going to say go ahead eat crap but in moderation. If thats what you are looking for go for it then... eat what you want.

im not saying what i want to eat is crap...i was jsut referring to kinda of the attitude it seemed like you gave me when i said i have no food in my house. You say by my own food, i would really like to but im in college and work part time so my paychecks go to gas to get to school everyday, car insurance, phone bill, and keeping my car running.Sooooooooo yea i would like to buy my own food but i guess im stuck with the 50$ food shopping my mom does for a house of 4 boys every 2 weeks.
