    biceps with back?

Anybody still do this and get results. I havent done this for years and usually do biceps fresh with chest, but it is causing an inconvieninevce in my schedule as of late to do this and it owuld relaly help me simplify things if i put them with back. Is the back workout enough to warrant overtraining of the biceps if i add them to the mix? Thanks.

I do back and bi's. Good results, I try not to use biceps that much while doing back and then get killer pumps when I get to bi's. I'm confident that a lot of people do them on the same day.

back and bis is a good thing, do back first, and this will pre fatigue the bi's. it is like killing 2 birds with one stone.

I do about 8 sets of bi on back day after back. (monday) I do 6-8 sets of tri on tuesday after chest. I also have a arm day on friday. so far seems to be working well. I have gained a solid inch while losing 40lbs of fat over the last 6 months.

I find i cant dedicate myself to a real brutal bi workout if i do them along with back. So i train them with tris instead. That being said my bis have never grown very well no matter what i tried (apart from syntherol)

I do the same routine as beast. my bi will always fail b4 my back so until I started training them on a different day I had almost no growth, while my back was blowing up. when I do bis between sets I twist my wrist back and fourth about 5 times stretching the muscle I learned this from arnold and it seems to be helpful in growth I also stretch them immediately afterwards

but this does work(back/bi's) for a guy like me who cant focus on bi's and deosnt need to. it all comes down to try it out and see what works for the individual

biceps are VERY much about your genetics. but i have gotten the most growth out of them working them indirectly w/ back on heavy compound movements and then isolating them for only 3 sets directly after..example

    back/bis

    wide-grip underhand pullowns
    heavy 4 sets of 6-8

    underhand barbell rows
    heavy same cheme as above

    standing barbell curls
    3 sets of 8-12

    grip strength
holding 150lb dbs by side to failure 5 sets to failure

this is a sample of a workout i use for these muscle groups

arm training is probably the least important thing to growing arms. prioritize what needs to be prioritized ie legs back chest. train bis after back and doint think anything of it that your bi workout wont be as good as after chest. it means nothing. break em down, eat recover grow repeat

then keep it up, right? I keep wanted to try something different, but my progress makes me keep at what is working.
my back/bi workout wouldn't work for me if I didn't have a dedicated day. after back the bi's are tired and I only get about 6 good sets. They are mainly just for pump. all my heavy work is on my dedicated arm day. (which I like to split up if I have the time.)
