I was thinking about
deads week 1
rack deads week 2
then 3rd week heavy tbar corner rows
then back to week 1, so in essence, 1 week off a month of deads...thoughts? Can I still manage to gain some nice back mass......arent deads more of a full body/lower body exercise...I would think tbar would hit the back even harder, no?
