Is it true that you can train Traps, calves, and forearms everyday? someone told me that at the gym today and was wondering what everyone else thought.

The only reason some people say that is because calves and forearms are mainly made of fast-twitch fiber and they do not need a lot time for rest. Traps I do not know about. My rule is if you can grip a 20lbs dumbbell after your forearm workout then you have not worked them out hard enough.
