    don't really like your routine.

creatine aside, your getting weaker most likely because of your diet. Post it up in the 'Diet forum' to get critiqued.

So many factors can come into play why you were not able to get the reps u usually get..

Sleep, time of day your training, stress etc.. when i got alot stuff on my mind my lifts do suffer... its human nature but u need to able to seperate the gym from life sometimes but its hard...

anyhow.. your weights may not be improving becasue of a) diet b) training routine have u tried doing flat bench first then going to incline?

audi, chances are alex isnt very educated in the diet area (ie:macros, ect.)
just a daily intake of food would be a good place to start, and we can go from there.
