on mondays i superset my bi's. byt he time i am done i cant even move but get that great feeling at the same time.
My favorite ont hat day is i grab a confortable weight ont he ez curl bar and bang out 12-15 reps. then immediatly grab a another ez curl bar with i mean little weight on it and i gurl with my palms down(working the lower bicep and forearm) seriously wow after im done. hard to explain. ill try and find some pics.
