8 hrs every day
8 is certainly more optimal. i feel like shit on 6 hours, but it gets the job done and i doesnt hold me back from beating the logbook in all honesty....but everyone is different
8 sometimes 11 lol........ depending on how i feel and if i need to do anything!!!!
I would prefer 10-12 per night, but during the week I usually get about 6-6.5hrs.
college days= 6-7 hours
non college days=8-9 hours
Under 8 and I'm not fully rested. After a heavy training day sometimes need 10.
8-9 is optimal for me.
9 to 10 is cool...
i need at least 6 but i feel better when i get 8 to 10.
since i was a kid i've always heard 8 is what ya need rest is critical
Definitely 10 hours.
At lest 6 + a short nap during the day if I could fit on in.
Any less than 8 and my workout suffers.
