    quick ? about keeping mass

    Right now I am trying to get down my bf as low as I can get it before I start my next cycle. My question is should I continue to takeweight gain while I'm cutting or should i lay off.

    WOW, you really need to lay off steroids until you have atleast a general knowledge of diet/training. That's pretty scary.

    lol that is scary, why would you stop taking protien? Cut the carbs if you wanna loose some body fat, not the protien!

    fine protein is vital do not stop taking it its required for muscle growth. please research a little, any criticism is honestly out of concern for your health and wellbeing how may cycles have you ran?

    I've done three (not sure what that has to do with anything)but I'm back up to around 15% bf, I diet and do cardio 4 times a week and I think this protein is holding me back from losing this stubborn fat.

    I think your food choices and your total caloric intake is holding you back.
    Not the protein.

    Post your current diet with macros for each meal and totals for the day.

    btw, this is a diet question, why is it in the workout forum?
