Ok guys I can run every morning when I first wake up and I am convinced that interval running is the way to go there to burn off some excess fat. My question is since I'm trying to put on some lean muscle without getting bulky and losing my cuts should I run some distance after my workouts 2-3 a week for 30mins???? I eat fairly clean but I'm eating a ton of calories a day to put on some size, I just don't want to lose my abs basically and I've already started to. Let me hear some opinions on what works best...interval running or distance and at what times of the day.
