Been quite a while since I posted here. I need to know the best way to approach my workout. I want to lift weights and do cardio in the same trip, my job makes it almost impssible to do any more.
What would a good routein be and in what order? I will be working out in the morning, and since I quit lifting have still been doing cardio.
In my old workouts, I would do cardio in the AM and hit the weights after work. THis would allow me to not eat before cardio, and get my protein shake the second I was done lifting.
Having to do both in one trip, I will obviously need to eat some good carbs before lifting, and will also need to hit the protein asap afterwards.
What do you all suggest for this situation? Not trying to get big, but loose a few pounds and get some mass back. If I do good and stay on track, I have some test prop sitting around I wouldn't mind using before summer. I just need that routein that will show results....both lean gain and fat loss.
