    delts

Do you guys train shoulders by themselves on one day or do you train them with arm, back or chest? Do you think that it`s best to train shoulders on one day by them selves or should you just add a couple of delt movements on beck and chest days?

Right now on their own day. Make sure to space it out from chest and back day though.

I have done them shoulders also. To me...its just what Im prioritizing at that moment.

I train them with the rest of my arms bi's, then shoulder's, then tris I start with the weakest and go to strongest you could also superset them to get through your routine faster. personally I do Bi's alone really focus on them and them combine the other 2 hope it helps

I train my front/side delts with chest/triceps. My rear delts get hit with my back.
