Seriously. How many times a week do you train calves and how many sets and reps do you do?

I usually don't do calve training because no matter what I do, they stay small.

i did a 5 x weekly calf routine for about 4 months. id do 5 sets of seated, 10 reps per set, then 10- 20 seconds rest between each set, then head over to the standing calf raise and do the same. at the end, i actually had calves and wasnt afraid to wear shorts lol. i then dropped down to 3 times per week. now, i do 2 x week, and vary the routine. it definately worked for me.

i literally went from being called 'bird legs' to "you have good shape to your calfs!"
