    Cardio?

    can I jump rope for cardio without fear of losing muscle mass? or should I just stick to walking on the treadmill

    Dont be paranoid about doing cardio and losing muscle. I think 30-45 minutes a day is fine and beneficial. Jumping rope is fine IMO.
